the Amon Carter Center

The Marty Leonard Community Chapel also offers an incredible, on-site reception space, the Amon Carter Center, that can accommodate up to 200 guests – conveniently co-located near the Chapel.

To ensure every aspect of your reception is executed to perfection, our staff can assist with recommendations with florists, photographers, musicians, caterers, and other vendors. And more than just the paramount setting for your momentous reception, the Amon Carter Center is well-equipped to make your reception an affair to remember.

Reception Fees, Schedules and Requests

Please contact us with any questions regarding reservations, fees or any special needs that we can assist you with in making your event the best possible.

Fees and schedules are subject to change. In addition to the fees below, a refundable $1000 damage deposit will be due 30 days prior to the reception date.

Silver Reception Package

Gatherings of less than 100 includeS

  • 3 hour rental at Chapel for ceremony
  • 6 hour rental at Amon Carter Center for reception
  • Tables and chairs for up to 100 (set up included)
  • Tables/black linens for food service
  • Use of courtyard and lobby

GOLD Reception Package

Larger groups up to 200 includes

  • 8 hour rental at Amon Carter Center for reception

  • Use of courtyard and lobby
